Stepping Stones Family Day Home Program offers Government of Alberta regulated, approved, monitored and family day home services in Sexsmith, Clairmont and the city of Grande Prairie. We are always looking for people interested in opening a day home, and can walk you through the process to get you up and running. We are able to expand to the outlying communities.
Our day homes offer quality child care to children ages infants to 12 years. The diverse and multi-age groups in our day homes offer unique opportunities and experiences in which children grow, learn and support one another. Our day home educators ensure the well-being of all children in their care by following established health and safety practices; children’s development is supported through exercising appropriate learning environments and family members are treated as partners in raising healthy children. Our day home educators are knowledgeable of early childhood development and maintain the Alberta Family Day Home Licensing Standards; as well as agency policies and procedures which certifies safe and quality child care. We belong to The Alberta Family Child Care Association.
All Stepping Stones Day Home Educators have a minimum of Child Development Assistant training.

Clairmont, Sexsmith, Wembley area and the City of Grande Prairie
Northridge, Westgate, Riverstone, Highland Park, Hillside, Montrose, Mountview, Crystal Heights, Crystal Lake, Lakeland, South Patterson, Countryside North, Countryside South, Mission Heights, Westpointe, Pinnacle Ridge and O’Brien Lake.
