I lead with compassion, curiosity, and connection, and believe every child, family, and educator deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. I’m deeply passionate about inclusion and about creating environments where relationships come first—because when people feel they belong, growth naturally follows.
With over 16 years in early learning and child care, I’ve worked with children from 9 months to 12 years old in a variety of roles, including Team Lead, Program Coordinator, Framework Coordinator, Supportive Coach and Mentor, and now Inclusive Child Care Coordinator. My background includes a Diploma in Early Childhood Education specializing in Infant and Toddler care, and I’m currently completing my fourth year of a Bachelor of Early Childhood Care and Education degree.
Each experience has strengthened my ability to build capacity within teams, nurture inclusive practices, and walk alongside families in meaningful ways. I strive to meet people where they are, leading with empathy, clarity, and intentional communication. I believe collaboration and reflection are key to growth—for both children and educators—and that when we stay connected to our “why,” confidence naturally follows.
Outside of work, I’m active in the hockey community and love spending time in nature, with family and friends, or exploring creative outlets that recharge and inspire me. I’m passionate about community connections, meaningful conversations, and lifelong learning—and continue to be inspired by the incredible ways children see and make sense of the world.
