Amy Youngman

Inclusive Coordinator

I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, learn, and support others—and that every story deserves to be heard. My mission is to help children, educators, and families feel valued, capable, and inspired by creating supportive spaces that foster connection, growth, and belonging.

I’ve worked in the early learning field for over 16 years and am passionate about creating spaces where children, educators, and families can grow together. As a proud mom of two strong-willed, kind-hearted girls, I’m constantly inspired by the lessons they teach me.

My experience spans school settings, childcare programs, and leadership roles—including coordinating the Parent Link program and supporting inclusive childcare. I also co-facilitate the Positively Me program, helping it evolve to meet diverse community needs.

I believe in lifelong learning and the power of reflection. I strive to approach every situation with empathy, openness, and authenticity. As a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator, Level 2 Mentor Coach, and certified RYT 200 Yoga instructor with training in youth and trauma-informed practices, I bring flexibility, presence, and connection to all I do.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, seeking new adventures, and finding joy in life’s simple moments.
