I am a lifelong resident of this community, deeply rooted in a strong family background with generations of connection to the area. As a mother, grandmother, and active community member, I’ve spent my life surrounded by children, families, and the values of service and care.
With over 28 years of experience working with the Stepping Stones Society in various roles, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to supporting children and families. My longstanding involvement with the organization has strengthened my ability to connect with others, adapt to changing needs, and consistently advocate for quality programs and services.
What makes me unique is my deep understanding of this community—because I’ve lived it. My experiences, both personal and professional, have shaped a warm, inclusive, and community-first perspective that guides how I support and uplift those around me. I’m dedicated to lifelong learning and continue to pursue education and training opportunities to ensure I remain informed, responsive, and effective in my role.
My approach is centered on open communication, respect, and collaboration. I believe in working closely with families to ensure their children feel safe, happy, and engaged in our programs. Building trust and fostering strong relationships are the cornerstones of my work.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, especially my grandchildren. My life is full of meaningful connections, and I find joy in being present and involved in my community. My passion for people isn’t just part of my job—it’s who I am.
